Event Overview:
The Young Professionals Forum invites you to an immersive Playback Theatre workshop exploring imposter syndrome, that inner voice that whispers, “You’re not good enough.”
Playback Theatre is not a scripted show; it is a form of improvisational theater where real-life stories shared by the audience are “played back” on stage through movement, music, and dialogue. Each performance is spontaneous and deeply human, creating a space where personal experiences are transformed into collective reflection.
The session will open with a brief exploration of how imposter feelings show up in our bodies, posture, and words. Then, Playback Theatre actor and HR leader Olesia Kyrylchuk and other actors will invite participants to share moments from their own experiences. These stories will be reenacted in real time, allowing participants to gain fresh perspectives on self-doubt and authenticity.
Through empathy, playfulness, improvisation, and storytelling, participants will discover new ways to recognize, reframe, and release the patterns that hold them back.
Join us for an evening where theater meets real life—and every story matters.
