Event Overview:
Join us at the April meeting of the Sales Support Alliance (SSA) and start the new Japanese business year on a positive note. The SSA is a great way to supercharge your networking and build your sales connections. As we do every month, we’ll work together on our short elevator pitches and share ideas on sales techniques and problem-solving.
The theme for our Expert Corner this month will be “Building Trust with Japanese Clients: Relationships vs. Transactions.” We’re all aware that Japanese customers tend to pursue long-term relationships, and that this requires a slow build-up of mutual trust. We’ll discuss concrete actions we can take to create a relationship of trust, and how to know if we’ve succeeded or fallen short.
The monthly Sales Support Alliance meeting is for sales professionals and those in sales-adjacent roles, from a variety of industries—just about everyone, in other words. Don’t miss this opportunity to polish essential skills and to get to know your fellows in sales.
