Market research is a key business function that allows firms to learn about their buyers, uncover market opportunities, refine business plans, de-risk new initiatives, and continuously maximize customer value. Yet, for many businesspeople, it is neglected because of a perceived lack of resources or specialized skill.
This interactive workshop will feature an overview of the main methodologies used in market research and their business applications, including desk research and cultural analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative research. Examples from the field paired with discussion will bring the methodological concepts to life.
